Registration of limited liability company
A limited liability company - legal form of an enterprise created by one or more people, called partners, which are responsible for the limited liability of the enterprise; very common in European countries, including Poland.
Limited liability company may be established by one or more natural or legal persons or units without legal personality (for example general partnership), with the reservation that the founder of single-person company can not be another single-person company. The required share capital is a minimum of 5,000 PLN. Contributions to cover the share capital may be made in the form of cash or in apportionments; the minimum share is 50 PLN. The shares must be paid up in full before submitting the application to the National Court Register(KRS).
